Fuel Tanks are Hydrogen-In-A-Can. They are fed into Large Grid Extractors? which will convert the Fuel Tank into Hydrogen on the conveyer network (i.e. Hydrogen Tanks), and like reactor fuel they can be force-fed via a Conveyor Sorter. Jerry Cans are the counterpart used on the Small Grid Extractor?.
Fuel Tanks are not craftable, instead bought at any Bretna Gas? location throughout known space. They are also commonly found as a Rewards?, or Loot from NPC ships.
Each tank holds 1000L of fuel. In SDX - notably Fuel and Torpedos? - are very voluminous, so a player can carry only one at a time on thier personal inventory.
