What this Wiki Is:

This is a user-facing wiki for players of the Sigma Draconis eXpanse Space Engineers game server (SDX). The primary purpose is for players new to SDX to get a better understanding of the changes from vanilla Space Engineers and how the new systems fit together.

What this wiki Is Not:

This wiki is NOT offical or authoritative in any means, but I endevour to keep it up to date. Given the rate of change for the files, this is currently a 'manual' process.

Any mentioning of rules, guidelines, block-limits, best-practices, etc. may be out of date. Consult the offical Sigma Draconis documentation for current rules and limits.

This wiki is also not pretty. I'm not a graphics person. Function over form here folks.

General Notes

New players should go read the SDX New Player's Guide. Seriously. Do it. Then re-read it. Then play the game for a while to get a feel for it. You'll have questions - check the Offical Wiki, then see if there is anything here, and then ask the SDX community. Then come back and poke around as much as you like.

A note about Recipes: The SDX server appears to be set to 3x Assembler Efficiency. This means each recipe cycle will actually only consume 1/3rd the listed ingredients. Just something to keep in mind when looking at craft recipes.

  • 'Space Engineers' is the property of Keen Software House.
  • All other rights remain with those that had them before I recycled art from the game, and mods that make up the SDX enviroment. Those folks are swell.. you should support them.
